Tom has been making these high quality boards for many years, including supplying Rick Stein’s restaurants in Cornwall.
Made from premium character grade, air dried English oak, the hand finished boards feature chamfered edges and the bevelled aperture hole can be used for hanging the boards or as a thumb hole.
Perfect for charcuterie, cheese or as a chopping board, they are finished with food-safe oil.
The boards measure 175mm (7inches) wide, 450mm (17.75 inches) long, 25mm (1inch) thick.
Grain, knots and tone will vary from board to board.
