Custom Orders

Due to the bespoke nature of the product I'm afraid we do not offer returns unless the product arrives damaged.

All orders are made as per details provided during the order process, if you would like to make any amends to your order please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation

Refunds (where applicable)
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us at workshop@carvedbytom.co.uk with the email title (Damaged Order). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Laurel Bank, Old Road, Harbertonford, TQ9 7TA, United Kingdom

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
